Peter Scott

Before moving to Norfolk in 1997 Peter worked in housing in Inner London for 20 years, latterly as Assistant Director for Notting Hill Housing Group. Whilst employed at Wherry Housing Association and Anglia Housing Group, Peter was responsible for asset management, rents and front line services to tenants.

Since forming his own company in 2004 Peter has undertaken a variety of projects for clients across the country. Peter’s specialist areas are in asset management and in helping organisations to develop systems that maximise their resources and deliver excellent services.

Within Melnyk and Scott, Peter has specific responsibility for:

Interim management, property maintenance and asset management, housing management and the development of back office systems.

Leadership, with skills, experience and expertise in developing and motivating teams to achieve their objectives.

Change management and managing teams across a widely dispersed area.
